2. Incorrect Items 

Although all sales are final, we will address the following situation:

  • You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order

If this applies, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at cre8ivemessage@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all order details, including product selection, sizes, colors, names, and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase. Cre8ive Moods is not responsible for errors made during checkout.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Cre8ive Moods is not responsible for:

  • You receive a damaged item due to shipping
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
